The VolksWorld Show is Europe’s premier air-cooled VW Show, with water-cooled Transporters also represented.

100’s of show quality cars inside and out, club stands, and an amazing array of specialist traders plus a large swapmeet area, complimented with live music and other VW related entertainment throughout the duration of the show.

What's not to like!

Why not come for the weekend and camp, it is the best way to enjoy the show and soak up the atmosphere.

EARLY BIRD - Advanced Booking Prices

These prices currently apply (and close at Midnight on 31st December 2019)

NORMAL - Advance Booking Prices

These prices are applicable from 1st January 2020 to midnight 20th March 2020
Saturday Adult: £16.00

DISABLED VISITORS
As part of our commitment to make the VolksWorld Show accessible to all we will provide those disabled ticket holders that require full time assistance with 1 free ticket for a partner, accompanying friend or personal assistant (PA). You will need to provide a copy of your most recent PIP form showing your current entitlement and your ‘blue badge’ if car parking is required. On arrival at the show please liaise with the staff on the gates when presenting your entry ticket.

PARKING
Parking is free at VolksWorld; the marshals will direct you on your arrival.

CLUBS
Clubs are at the heart of the VolksWorld Show. All clubs wishing to display please contact volksworld.show@kelsey.co.uk for club discount prices and booking instructions.

SHOW CARS
If you think your show car can win the title of Best in Show at VolksWorld, please send photo’s together with a spec and brief history of the car to Paul.Knight@kelsey.co.uk. All entries will go through a selection process and the best will be selected for the indoor display where they will be judged by a team of experts from Europe and beyond!

FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions)

What time does the show open? Gates are open to the public from 10:00am each day and close at 5.00pm on Saturday and 4.30pm on Sunday.
Will there be a cash point on site? Yes there is a cash point on site. The official marshals will be able to direct you.
Are credit cards accepted on the gate? Yes, credit cards can be used on the gate.
Do I have to pay for my kids?  No kids 0-14 are free of charge, but you do need to order them a ticket in advance. Max two tickets per paying adult, each extra child £5.00.
Can I bring my pet? Dogs are not allowed on the show site but are allowed in the camping area, but must be kept on a lead.
Is there a bar on site? Yes, there is a bar on the main show site plus a campers bar in the golf course club house.
Are there food units on site? There are many food units on site open throughout the day and food is available for campers at the golf course club house.
Can I bring my own food and drink? You can bring food into the main show site but not alcoholic drinks. No restrictions apply on the camp site. DO NOT DRINK DRIVE ON SITE.
Will there be someone taking photos of the cars for me to purchase on the day? There should be a photographer taking photographs for you to buy on the day. Details will be in our show guide on the day.
Are BBQ’s allowed on site? BBQ’s are permitted on the campsite as long as they are off the ground.
Are there any concessions for people with disabilities? How can I buy a ticket? Tickets are on sale now
Can I get a refund for my tickets once I've bought them? Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Will I be able to buy a ticket on the gate? Yes you can buy tickets on the gate from 10.00am at the higher price.
I've bought my ticket but is it secure? Yes, totally.  Each number on the barcode is unique and can only be scanned once.  You will need to bring with you the card you purchased the tickets with and photo ID card (such as your driving license) along with your ticket clearly printed to gain entry.  We will validate your ticket for entry.  If for some reason you are unable to provide sufficent ID or your ticket has already been scanned, you will be asked to pay the full entry price on the gate.
What do I do if I want to buy a ticket for a gift? If you are buying the tickets on behalf of someone else please enter the lead visitors name when prompted.  They should bring the confirmation email, ticket and relevant ID to confirm they're the named recipient given during the order.
My tickets haven’t arrived yet when will I get them? Tickets are emailed out to you upon confirmation of payment.  Please check your junk or spam folder just in case. If you have not received your ticket please contact our team (details below)
Do I have to purchase a ticket for my child? When booking tickets in advance Children aged 14 years and under are free.  Please select the relevant free child ticket options (5-14 years or under 5 years).  On the gate an adult ticket includes 2 free children aged 5-14 years.  Additional children are £5 each. under 5's are free.

You are responsible for any children who attend the event with you and you must ensure that they comply with these terms and conditions.

Why haven't I recieved my ticket? If you haven’t received your tickets and you’re leaving for the event, Don’t panic! We have a ticket collection point by the ticket booths at the entrance, where a member of staff will be there to help. Please bring with you your confirmation email and we will be able to issue you with the correct tickets at the event.
Is there car parking available? Yes, there is a public car park available free of charge.  You can also select VIP forward parking as an Add-On to you ticket at a cost of £5 (+booking fee) per car.
Is there disabled parking? Yes, there is a disabled parking area, please ask on the gate for a pass and the marshals will direct you
Is there any way that I can park my car in the show rather than in the public car park? If you have pre-booked the For Sale Area you will be directed by Marshals, otherwise you will have to park in the public car park.

Can we camp the night before the show? You can arrive on Friday from 13:00 until 22:00.
Are there toilets on site for campers? Yes, there are plenty of toilets on site open 24hrs.
Are there showers on site? Yes, there are free showers available
Are there electrical connections on site? No, there are no electrical hook ups available.
Can I bring my caravan/trailer tent/motor home? Yes, you can bring any of these.
Is there a family/quiet campsite? No, the camping area is mixed.
Can I park my car next to my tent? Yes, you can park next to your tent.
Can I leave site and then come back in? Yes, 07.00 - 22.00 each day.
Do children require a camping ticket? Yes, they are free to children under 14, book online.
